Controllable check valves

Single check valves

Single controllable check valves are meant to shut off the appropriate area of a hydraulic cylinder (either the rod side or piston side) when the supply phase of that chamber is completed with simultaneous opening of flow to the opposite area (piston side or rod side) to enable supply of the hydraulic fluid into that opposite chamber of the specific cylinder. The switchover is carried out by valve modules where shut-off and opening functions rely on the actuation of appropriate cartridge check valves that are the major components of each valve module. One cartridge check valve is used only for a single valve module.

Working pressure: 48-50 MPa
Supply pressure: 32-35MPa (depending on the module type)
 

Double check valves

Double controllable check valves are meant to shut off the appropriate area of a hydraulic cylinder (either the rod side or piston side) when the supply phase of that chamber is completed with simultaneous opening of flow to the opposite area (the piston side or rod side) to enable supply of the hydraulic fluid into that opposite chamber of the specific cylinder. The switchover is carried out by valve modules where shut-off and opening functions rely on the actuation of appropriate cartridge check valves that are the major components of each valve module. Double valve modules comprise two cartridge check valves.

Double twin check valve

Double twin controllable check valves are meant to shut off the appropriate areas of hydraulic cylinders (either two rod side or piston side areas) when the supply phase of these chambers is completed with simultaneous opening of flow to the opposite areas (piston side or rod side areas) to enable supply of the hydraulic fluid into that opposite chambers of the specific cylinders.
